Welcome to Willow Three Fitness, where personalized fitness meets wellness. I’m Sarah, a passionate fitness professional and mother of three, dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals through tailored training, coaching, and unwavering support.


Fitness has always been my passion. From my high school days as a field hockey, indoor track, and soccer athlete to being inducted into my school’s Athletic Hall of Fame, movement has been my constant companion. I pursued my love for fitness academically, earning a BS in Exercise Physiology and Sports Science, and became a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

After years of training others, I took a step back to focus on my growing family. During this time, I remained active, participating in triathlons, half marathons, marathons, obstacle races, and the exhilarating Ragnar race to DC. When my third child was born, she brought a new rhythm to my life and inspired a shift in my career path.

Her middle name, Willow, became the cornerstone of my business. The willow tree symbolizes resilience, adaptability, and emotional strength – qualities that resonate deeply with me. Just as the willow bends without breaking, I believe in the power of flexibility and inner strength in our fitness journeys.

At this stage in life, I embrace the values of the willow tree: quiet strength, stability, connection, and support.These principles guide my approach to fitness, helping others find balance and resilience in their own lives.
